Australian Captain suspended! What's Up?

George Bailey has been chosen as Skipper by Australian Cricket Board in place of injured Captain Michael Clarke.
As per ICC Code of Conduct, The Captain will be served one-match suspension had if he fails to maintain overrate twice within a span of 12 months.
In th ODI against India during the ongoing tri-series, Australia were 1 Over short of its target. In November last year, Bailey led Australia side was fined for slow over-rate against South Africa.
