Azhar Responds On TRS Entry Reports

Strong buzz kept doing rounds about the resignation of Telangana Congress Working President Mohammed Azharuddin and his possible entry into Ruling TRS. A conclusion has been drawn by a section of media that the Former Cricketer will be TRS Candidate for Secunderabad Lok Sabha Constituency. It's been rumoured that AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi brought the proposal of joining TRS when he met Azhar at the wedding of an MP's Daughter & everything fell in place thereafter.
Finally, Azharuddin came forward to issue a clarification. 'The news doing the rounds in the media of me joining the TRS party in Telangana is incorrect & false,' he wrote on his social media handle.
Azharuddin is aspiring to be Congress Candidate for Secunderabad Lok Sabha Segment. He, however, is facing opposition from Former MP Anjan Kumar Yadav. This is why people assumed the rumour of Azhar's entry into TRS post Sankranthi. All the speculations have been put to rest with the clarification issued by the Ex-Cricketer. He might continue in the Congress Party which established him as a politician.
