Its Known that TDP supremo Chandarbabu has publicized the list of all his family assets and finally concluded that he has owned assets worth Rs 42.06 lakh which includes a bungalow in Jubilee Hills that has spread in a area of 1,125 square yards .Babu calculated the cost of the Bungalow as per the acquisition cost in 1985 and mentioned it as worth Rs 23.20 lakh .
YSR Congress leader Balineni Srinivas Reddy slammed TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu for publicizing the declaration of assets and said that he was ready to purchase the property for Rs 2 crore
"Naidu quoted his house is worth Rs 23 lakhs. If he ready to sell it, then I would like to buy it for Rs 2 crore," he challenged.Balineni dared Naidu to get ready to sell his bungalow as he would be getting nearly 800% profit on the original value.
Balineni highlighted the fact that value of assets released by him are based on the acquisition cost, not as per the current market value.He said Naidu was taking time to only divert the attention of people from serious issues like the division of the state.
