Babu selects two firms for capital city construction

Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu had finalised two of Singapore firms in building core area 8sq km in proposed capital city. The two changes Jurong and Sabana has vast experience in doing such projects. Jurong has experience in design and balding experience while Sabana having exposure to real estate investment. Sabana working as a trust in real estate investment funding the Jurong during its initial times of different phases.
According to CMO statement 3 stages are defined for master plan
1: the mapping of AP vision on capital city should complete by Feb end.
2: initial detailed framework for master plan by April end
3: the implementation of proposed dealing in core area of proposed capital
According to Babu statement the final handy on master plan will be available by June end this year. Which focused to cover 7375 km area under CRDA.
