Bad Vaastu benefits Chiranjeevi
X
Former Union Tourism Minister and Congress Rajya Sabha member Chiranjeevi was allotted 17, Akbar Road, Type 8 Bungalow after his induction into Manmohan Singh's cabinet in the year 2012. At that time, the actor-turned-politician spent lakhs to renovate this bungalow. Post the shameful defeat of Congress in the recent general elections, Chiru is no more entitled to stay at Type 8 Bungalow which is usually at the service of Union Ministers and Former Prime ministers.

As a result, Chiranjeevi himself had sent a letter to Urban Affair Minister M Venkaiah Naidu to allot him a bungalow as he is still continuing as a Rajya Sabha member. However, Rajya Sabha committee made it clear to the actor that there are no vacant quarters at present.

On the other hand, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh was allotted the same bungalow which was used by Chiranjeevi until now. He, however, seems to be not keen on occupying this place as his well-wishers had warned him about the bad vaastu issues. So, Chiru might be allowed to stay in the same bungalow for some more time.
