Bail Granted For The Congress MP
By: Tupaki Desk | 18 March 2020 9:13 AM GMTTelangana Congress MP who is often regarded as a fierce speaker Revanth Reddy was granted bail, who was arrested for allegations of flying drone cameras on the farmhouse owned by IT Minister and TRS Working president KTR.
The MP has faced allegations of involving in the prying over the residence of KTR to take a picture of the house. Earlier this month, six people were taken into custody for flying the drone camera.
Revanth Reddy was arrested on March 5th upon returning from the national capital Delhi. The case gained a lot of importance as Revanth Reddy enjoys a longstanding rivalry with the KCR family.
Revanth was shifted to the Narsingi Police Station after getting arrested. Upon producing before a magistrate, the MP was sent for judicial custody of 14 days at the Cherlapalli central prison.
The MP was mentioned as the prime accused in the case under sections IPC sections 184, 187,188,287, 109, 120(b) and Section 11(a).
While Section 5 a of the Aircraft Act reads unlawful use of a drone by violating the privacy of individuals, driving dangerously and omission to assist public servant when bound by law to give assistance.
