Ban Lifted on Transfers & Promotions of Govt Employees

Telangana state government has come up with a decision which may give much-needed relief to state government employees. The Telangana government lifted the ban on promotions and transfers of employees who were working on various departments.
A ban was imposed on all employee promotions, appointments, transfers few years back in the context of Reorganisation of the State.The government on Tuesday issued orders lifting ban on transfers of employees with immediate effect.
The decision was taken as the final allocation of employees between the telugu States has been completed by the Advisory Committee headed by Sri Kamalanathan.
