Bandi Sanjay Likely To Get Food Poisoned In Court!

Karimnagar MP, Chief of Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) for Telangana Bandi Sanjay made a failed attempt to launch a protest against the government in the name of 'Jagarana Deeksha' after he was arrested on the grounds of not following the Covid protocols amid the pandemic fear.
Bandi Sanjay Kumar who was arrested by the Telangana cops on Sunday from the party office spoiling his protest was produced before the Karimnagar district court today. Giving a big shock to Sanjay, the court slapped him with a judicial remand for 14 days. Besides the state chief, four others were also sent to remand.
The lawyers who represented Bandi Sanjay gave their best to see that he gets bail. However, the court did not entertain the bail and the bail petition was rejected by the lower court earlier today during the arguments.
However, the Lawyers argued in the court that there is a chance that the food served to Bandi Sanjay in the jail might get poisoned and hence the food should be given to him only after the jailer tastes the food.
Satisfied with the arguments, the court said ok to this and said after the jailer tastes the food, it will be served to the MP and Telangana BJP chief.
Bandi Sanjay Kumar's lawyers have questioned the way their client was arrested without even serving notices. We will move the higher court to seek bail to Bandi Sanjay, the lawyers said.
