Serious debate is happening over the foray of Bandla Ganesh into politics by joining the Congress Party. Why didn't this Comedian-turned-Producer preferred Jana Sena for his political aspirations?
It may be recalled that during a live show conducted by a News Channel sometime ago, Bandla Ganesh expressed his desire to contest on Jana Sena Ticket in the next elections. Then, Why did he became a Congress loyalist all of a sudden?
First of all, Pawan Kalyan isn't willing to welcome every Politician or Film Celebs who wishes to join his party. He is very particular about the actual intention and ultimate goal of prominent personalities who offer to join his party. The reputation of Bandla Ganesh got damaged badly in the recent years due to several court cases. PK knew that paving red carpet to such an individual would hurt the party in some way. In fact, He did a favour to himself by keeping such individuals at a distance.
On the other hand, Bandla Ganesh wishes to contest from any of the MLA Seats in Telangana if given an opportunity. Jana Sena lacks organization in Telangana and there is no clarity over it's participating in the Early Polls either. As there is no scope for him to bag TRS Ticket after KCR announced candidates in 105 Constituencies already, Congress is the second best option and hence a wise decision has been taken. Bandla Ganesh is looking forward to get benefitted with Mahakutami by bagging Jubilee Hills Ticket.
