Bangladesh Gas Blast: Explosion Results In 11 Fatalities And Dozens Of Injuries

A massive blast took place near a mosque after an underground gas pipeline exploded. The blast resulted in 11 people in the mosque losing their lives, while dozens of victims developed severe injuries.
Going into details, the blast took place at a Mosque in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. Soon after the incident, the officials swung into action, and firefighters were called for rescue operations.
The massive blast occurred on the night of Friday while the worshippers were offering their prayers at the Baitus Salat Jame Mosque located in the Narayanganj area of Dhaka.
The 11 fatalities include 10 adults and a young boy. As many as 37 victims developed 90 percent of burns on their bodies. The victims were being treated at the state-run hospital.
If we have to take anything from the media reports, the blast that occurred in the Mosque was so powerful that six air-conditioners inside the mosque were exploded due to the blast.
