Bank filed Defaulter case on Sujana Chowdary

TDP MP and Union minister Sujana Chowdary facing huge criticism after he become minister in central. Many pointed fingers on his selection into central cabinet by stressing on his false practices with banks. They had made several allegations on Sujana Chowdary and alleged him as defaulter for banks.
Proving opposition allegations today Mauritius Commercial bank filed a petition on Sujana Chowdary. In its petition with High court of Andhra Pradesh its disclosed the case details. Its alleged that Sujana Companies and Sujana Universal Industries had took a loan of 106 cores from their bank and denying to repay. High Court had postponed the arguments to 18th of November. Bank had requested High court to introduce a liquidator to sell the properties of Sujana Industries in order to recovery the loan. Seems its not a good time for Sujana Chowdary. As of now TDP party not yet responded on Sujana issue.
