Bank issues notices on Star Nagarjuna's seven acres

The officials have done a detailed land survey and concluded that nearly 3 acres of the lake area was encroached by the N-Convention center. Nag demolished part of the constructions before GHMC officials hammer it down.
The issue was sorted out and now once again nag is facing embarrassment. Two of the popular banks Andhra Bank and Indian Bank carried an advertisement in leading news paper today in which the banks stated that they had taken over the 7.25 acres land of Annapurna Studios.The advertisement reads that Nag has failed to pay the laon amount and interest of Rs 62 crore.
The banks reportedly served notice to Annapurna studio on 2/1/2014 and asked them to repay the entire amount with interest within 60 days. As there was no response from Annapoorna banks have decided to take over the property.
The advertisement mentioned names of guarantees as Nagarjuna, Supriya and Y Surendra. Naga Suseela, Venkat Roddam and Nimmagadda Prasad names also mentioned in the advertisement and they called as loan holders along with Annapurna Studios. The banks also warned third parties against entering into any kinds of transactions with the land.
