Recently, Policemen in Kuwait have arrested a foreigner for begging at a mosque and remanded him. It was then they got the shock of their life after coming to know how wealthy he was!
Can anyone expect a beggar to have a bank balance of 500,000 Kiwaiti dinar (over Rs 10 crore)? This Foreigner has such good amount of currency in his local bank account.
Upon spotting him beg at the mosque, Cops took the man into custody as such practice is against the law in Kuwait. He was seen pleading the people coming to mosque to save him from severe financial crisis and he has no home.
Not just Kuwait, Begging is a crime in Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE. Around 85% of the beggars who were arrested on charges of begging are foreigners. During the Ramadan month, Foreigners try to exploit the weekness of the people and encash their tendency to donate for charity.
