Betting on rise @ Jagan bail

The bail for YSR Congress president YS Jaganmohan Reddy is a long pending issue and no one knows why he was denied freedom even after the completion of 90-days in prison.
As per the rules, an under-trail prisoner who was in jail for three months is entitled for bail. However, rules have gone for a toss in Jagan's case.
These unruly developments are making the punters to bet big on Jagan's bail. Based on Vijayamma and Sharmila's prediction that Jagan is going to be granted bail in September this year, majority have been opting to bet on the release.
