Facebook CEO Summoned By Bhopal Court!

Bhopal based Swapnil Rai started a portal 'thetradebook.org' and he started paid advertisement campaign with Facebook. But Facebook has run the advertisement for three days and stopped promoting it later. Moreover, Facebook has sent legal notices to Swapnil Rai raising objections over the company title 'TheTradeBook'. Facebook has asked Swapnil to remove the word 'book' from The Trade Book. Swapnil Rai is raising objection over Facebook for their notices. He said that the first promotional campaign was run between August 8-August 14, 2016. He planned his second campaign from April 14-April 21, 2018. But Facebook stopped promoting it after three days.
Swapnil filed a petition on the Facebook CEO that his webpage has an official trademark then how could Facebook stop his advertisement. After going through Swapnil's petition, Bhopal Court summoned Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. It is interesting to see how Mark Zuckerberg reacts to these summonses.
