Bhuma Nagireddy granted Bail

Nandhyal MLA Bhuma Nagireddy who was arrested few days ago by AP Cops following his unruly behaviour during MLC Elections in Kurnool has been granted conditional bail on Wednesday.

On July 4th, Task Force DSP Devadanam lodged a complaint against Bhuma Nagireddy accusing him of not allowing him, a government servant, to do his job and insulting him with objectionable remarks. Case were filed against the YCP Legislator under Sections of 353, 188 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and subsequently he was arrested.

Today, Court granted bail to Bhuma Nagireddy. He was asked to pay a surety of about Rs 10,000.

Currently, Bhuma Nagireddy is undergoing treatment in a Hospital due to few health issues.
