Big Clash: AD on 9th, RV on 10th!
By: Tupaki Desk | 18 Sep 2013 12:20 PM GMTTollywood is likely to see one of the biggest Box Office clashes ever during this Dussehra season. Leading producers who postponed the releases of their films due to the political turmoil in the state have been pinning a lot of hopes on the upcoming festival slot.
Apparently, Pawan Kalyan's 'Atharintiki Daredi' and Jr NTR's 'Ramayya Vastavayya' were postponed from their original release dates August 7th and September 27th respectively. As Dussehra season is the best slot for big releases, Dil Raju on Wednesday announced the release date of 'Ramayya Vastavayya' as October 10th. Soon, BVSN Prasad released an official press note confirming 'Atharintiki Daredi' release on October 9th.
Only one day gap between two big ticket film! How could this be possible in present times where openings have been deciding the fate of a movie? Several issues like theatres shortage and less advances from exhibitors will be arising. A minimum gap of one or two weeks between big films is always a preferable option and neglecting it would cost the people associated with both the films dearly. Let's only hope Pawan Kalyan and Jr NTR willn't clash at Box Office!
