Big Hero wins Rs 50 lakhs on Game Show

Kamal Haasan along with his live-in partner Gauthami appeared on the popular game show 'Neengalum Vellalam Oru Kodi' (NVOK) which is the Tamil version of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati'. Both the actors won a prize money of Rs 50 lakhs giving their valuable answers to some of the toughest questions. The best part is that they choose to donate this amount to 'Petral Than Pillaya', which is a trust created by Kamal himself to support the children affected with HIV.
While the first season of NVOK was hosted by Tamil star Suriya, versatile actor Prakash Raj took the responsibility for the second season. In the first season, Kamal helped his daughter Shruti Haasan who was in the hot seat through a 'phone-a-friend' helpline.
With NVOK, it's once again proven that Kamal has a great knowledge about the happenings all over the world. "Kamal will be the best quiz master ever, if he is ready to become the anchor of KBC/NVOK," opines Sidharth Basu, producer-cum-director of KBC.
Hopefully Kamal gives it a thought about hosting this game show in the third season after wrapping up the shoot of Viswaroopam 2.
