Big Hero Younger Daughter to make debut

Kamal Haasan's younger daughter Akshara is likely to make her acting debut soon following the tried and tested path of her family. Already Kamal, his second wife Sarika and daughter Shruti were in the business for years and now this cute girl is going to test the waters.

Till recently, Akshara used to work behind the camera by assisting some of the leading directors. Finally, the acting bug seems to have bitten her and she has made up her mind to face the camera.

Reports say, Akshara Haasan has signed her debut film in Bollywood and it will be directed by R. Balki (Cheeni Kum, Paa fame). It was Shruti who is helping her sister in the process of preparing for the role in the maiden project. The acting debut is the reason behind Akshara accompanying Shruti at recent award functions and the young girl is even making frequent trips to Mumbai-Chennai-Hyderabad for meeting noted filmmakers.

Kamal Haasan always wished to see younger daughter shifting from behind the camera to before the camera just alike he has done in the beginning of his career. Today, it has become a reality and he will be the most happiest person to see his daughter choosing the same profession.
