Earlier, the names of senior politicians like Kadiyam Srihari, Nayini Narsimha Reddy and K K were floating. There was also a talk that KCR's daughter would be re-launched through Rajya Sabha route. There was also this buzz about Khammam's Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy would be compensated for making way for Nama Nageshwara Rao in the Lok Sabha polls from Khammam.
