Big Leaders Refuse To Standby Arrested TDP Leaders

After the arrest of two key leaders - Atchen Naidu and JC Prabhakar Reddy â Chandrababu is a rattled man. Chandrababu Naidu is rattled not because of YS Jagan's mercurial moves, but because of the lack of response from his own partymen to the arrest.
When Atchen Naidu was arrested, the response from the TDP leaders in the north Andhra region has been extremely lukewarm. Leaders like Ganta Srinivasa Rao has remained completely muted. Leaders like Ashok Gajapathi Raju are also lukewarm. Though Ayyanna Patrudu was vocal, his opposition was limited to just some statements and nothing more than that. Similar situation was repeated when JC Prabhakar Reddy was arrested. Not many TDP leaders from Anantapur responded in his support. While leaders like Paritala Ravi, Prabhakara Chowdary, Hanumantha Choudary are traditional rivals of JC Prabhakar Reddy. So, they have chosen to remain silent. Other leaders like Payyavula Keshav, Jitender Goud and Kandikunta Prasad also kept quiet.
This has shocked the TDP supremo.. This poor response has left the arrested leaders demoralised and even Chandrababu is confused. He himself was in Guntur as a support to Atchen Naidu, while Lokesh went to Anantapur to express solidarity with the JC family. Even then, not many turned up to support the arrested leaders.
