The shore city Vizag is being endorsed as the executive capital of divided Andhra Pradesh by the current government led by YCP. Given the stunning locations and beautiful sceneries the city has, the sarkar wants to develop the city as the film hub of the state.

Earlier when the Tollywood delegation led by Megastar Chiranjeevi met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, he placed a request before the film industry to shift to the shore city and they will be given lands for studios and other purposes.

Now the proposal saw a big push as a leading player in the shopping malls arena Inorbit Mall is reportedly gearing up to set up a big mall. The media information is that K. Raheja Corporation's subsidiary Inorbit Mall would bring a mall in Vizag in the lands that are owned by the airport.

The upcoming mall is likely to come in a vast area covering multiple acres of land along with all the amenities and stores of leading brands from all over the globe. There are already five malls operating in India from various cities and the upcoming mall would mark the sixth mall.

Multiplexes are the current trend in India and more and more multiplexes are coming into the country. In any state, the multiplexes contribute to the lion's share of collections given the high rates of tickets.

Compared to Telangana, Andhra Pradesh is a big market for Telugu cinema and more than half of the collections come from the divided state. With the new mall expected to come to the city, the chances of Vizag becoming the film hub would increase.

Inorbit Mall is already operating in Telangana. The subsidiary is set up in the Cyberabad area. Now it is believed that the other Telugu state Andhra Pradesh would also get to see Inorbit Mall.

The information is that the Inorbit Mall would be set up on lands that belong to the airport. The land was taken on a lease and the subsidiary had reportedly paid a big amount for the lands and once the lease period gets completed, the subsidiary has to pay the lease amount.
