Finally the big relief to Yuvanetha and all his supporters.After 485 days of continuous imprisonment YSR Congress leader Jagan Mohan Reddy has been granted bail after 16 months in jail over corruption charges.Jagan was arrested by the CBI on May 27 last year on charges of illegal assets beyond his known sources of income. Till now CBI has file 10 charge sheets against Jagan .
CBI filed a memo in the court today in which it mentioned that it has completed the investigation as per High Court ruling.Arguing on behalf of Jagan, his lawyer Sushil Kumar said since the investigations were completed, he should be granted bail. JaganÂ’s lawyer contended that bail is a fundamental right and should not be stopped based on personÂ’s stature
After hearing the argument from Jagan lawyer Court has granted with a conditional bail by saying taht that he wouldn't leave Hyderabad, would respond to court summons and pay a surety of Rs. 2 lakh.
Scores of Jagan's supporters have gathered near the party office and in the court premises while announcing the decision.Several partymen and well wishers also offered special pujas for the release of their iconic leader.
After the decision was revealed all Jagan supporters and YSRCP leaders started the celebrations in grand manner.Party leaders planning to for a big rally from Chanchalguda to Jagan house Lotus pond.
