Bill Clinton & Bill Gates turn AP CM's Advisers!

It may appear so surprising but one has to believe plans were on track to rope former USA President Bill Clinton, former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair and Microsoft founder Bill Gates as personal advisors of AP Chief Minister. The list of members announced for the soon-to-be-formed State Finance Committee for which Chandrababu is going to be the chairman will certainly shock everyone.
Names of Bill Clinton and Tony Blair featured in AP Chief Minister's personal advisors list. Apart from these International leaders, Names of S Narayana, Phillip Yo, Prathap Bhanu Mehta and Aruna Mairala have been included advisers in the Administrative wing.
Whereas, Bill Gates, Ratan Tata, Al No Mask, Satya Nadella, Indra Rooyi, Sundar Pichai, Anand Mahindra, Sivanadar, Aadi Godrej and YC Devaswar, Deepak Paareek were picked up as Advisers for the Industrial sector.
Why would International leaders & Top CEOs agree to be AP Govt's advisers? Most of them were even unaware of the ground reality in Andhra Pradesh. Is it just a publicity stunt?
