Bipin Rawat asked for water after the crash: Eyewitness!

Four-star general of the Indian Army Bipin Rawat, who became the first Army personnel to become the Chief of Defence Staff of the Indian Armed Forces passed away on Wednesday due to a chopper crash near Tamil Nadu’s Coonoor. The news related to the chopper crash is attracting everyone’s attention.
Amid this, a person who is said to be the witness of the crash said that he was Bipin Rawat after the crash and he even asked for water. Speaking to the national media, the person said, he didn’t know that the person he was was Bipin Rawat. We saw three bodies after spotting a chopper and a man was alive.
He said that he and a few others spotted a helicopter that had crashed. Three bodies fell and a man was alive. The man had asked for water. After spotting him, we pulled him out in a bedsheet. The rescuers who reached the post took him away, he said.
Adding further, the witness said that he got to know that he had spotted none other than Bipin Rawat when someone told him about the Army official. Having said that, he expressed his sorrow over not being able to give water to Bipin Rawat.
