Loan Clarence scheme by government for formers is become Turing in to bitter scene for AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, Farmers who are waiting for Loan Clarence scheme is going in to difficulties where the banks are preparing to declare them as defaulters.
If AP government is not going to come up with a concrete set of instructions for loan clearance scheme before this quarter((April-June) balance sheet preparation, then respective loans will go in to non-performing loans, Due to this all formers who are in this list will heavily incur loss. The same has been specified by bankers Director and Andra bank managing director CVR Rajendran during in a press meeting with PTI.

AP government had setup a committee to analyze the possibilities on the limits on certain areas to decide on the specifications of this scheme, due to this around 87 thousand loans are went in to critical state where banks are unable to recollect from the farmers.
