BJP attacks Shiv Sena for wrong map of India
By: Tupaki Desk | 7 Nov 2019 8:04 AM GMTPoor Priyanka Chaturvedi... nothing seems to be going right for this Congress-turned-Shiv Sena spokesperson. A prominent member of the Congress shouting brigade, she turned to Shiv Sena ahead of the Maharashtra elections. She was given a prominent position in the Shiv Sena.
The other day, Priyanka Chaturvedi took to Twitter to slam Chief Minister and BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis. She took on the Twitter hashtag #MaharashtraNeedsDevendra, which was aimed at showing that the people of Maharashtra want Fadnavis as their chief minister. Priyanka claimed that a large number of the tweets emanated from outside Maharashtra. So, she posted an image of India to show where the tweets are emanating from. ''If Maharashtra needs him as its CM, why are a large number of tweets from outside Maharashtra? Popular CM in Delhi, Dhaka, Dubai?''
Well! There was no problem with her English or even her tweet. The problem was with the map of India she uploaded. The map showed large parts of Jammu and Kashmir as belonging to Pakistan. She also showed Pak Occupied Jammu Kashmir separately and not as part of India, which is India's official position. The Twitterati quickly grabbed this opportunity and begun slamming her. Poor Priyanka, who wanted to attack the BJP, found herself under attack.
