BJP Boss's BC Bias Showing?

A sort of BC vs rest is playing out in Telangana BJP. Ever since Bandi Sanjay took over as the party chief in the state, he has shown a marked inclination and bias towards the BCs. Sanjay himself is a BC and his predecessor Dr Laxman too is a BC. Yet, Sanjay is facing greater criticism of BC bias.
Several key leaders in the BJP are upset at BCs being given a major share of posts in the party. They also find that the several of the names they suggested for inclusion in the state team have not been considered and Sanjay has packed the state team with his own men and especially from the BC communities. Sources say the invisible hand of party organising secretary Mantri Srinivasulu is the reason for this pro-BC bias. They feel that being an outsider in the state level politic, Sanjay is excessively dependent on Mantri and as a result, Mantri Srinivasulu has the say in everything.
Meanwhile, there are reports that the non-BCs are trying to gang up against the BCs. They could soon target Sanjay and begin attacking him.
