Rajya Sabha Seat for AP BJP Leader

BJP National Official Spokesperson GVL Narasimha Rao has been nominated to Rajya Sabha. An announcement in this regard was made by party chief Amit Shah. Even the possibility of his induction into the Union Cabinet looks bright.
TDP Leaders Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Sujana Chowdary submitted resignations to their cabinet berths recently. GVL Narasimha Rao is the front-runner to grab one of those two portfolios. This move of BJP Leadership is meant to send an indication that Centre is committed to develop AP and also to intensify counter attack against TDP.
GVL Narasimha Rao is from Guntur District and he is a BJP Member since 1998. He served as BJP National Core Committee Member and Media Advisor for Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the past. Mr. Rao was the first leader to predict Narendra Modi will become PM in 2014. Now, He is getting his due for remaining loyal to the Modi Camp.
