2nd Capital For AP? BJP's Joke Of The Year!
By: Tupaki Desk | 23 Feb 2018 4:58 PM GMTAP CM Chandrababu Naidu dreamt of making Amaravati a World-class Capital. However, Centre offered nothing more than Rs 2500 crore for the new capital. Looking at the current situation, Nobody have any idea how many years it's gonna take for the capital to be ready.
To divert the attention of people from the injustice being done since the past four years, BJP Leaders have been come up with the proposal of Second Capital for Andhra Pradesh. This move can been seen as an attempt to irk the Ruling Party and prove the existence of Saffron Party.
Rayalaseema BJP Leaders held a meeting in Kurnool and passed the resolution demanding 2nd Capital to be set up in Rayalaseema. They have been seeking State Government to conduct Assembly Sessions in Seema once in every six months. This bunch of Leaders demanded CM Chandrababu Naidu to issue an official statement in this regard.
During Tirupati election meeting, PM Narendra Modi pledged to make AP Capital far better than Delhi. Whereas, Centre offered nominal fund for Amaravati so far. PM and Finance Minister has done nothing much to the proposed capital till date. What would BJP do for 2nd Capital? If AP BJP Leaders are really committed for development, They need to pressurize Centre for sanctioning more funds for Amaravati rather than indulging in divisive politics.
