Plans Within T BJP To Remove Bandi Sanjay?

There are strong rumours within the BJP that some leaders are not very happy at the success of Bandi Sanjay as the party president. They want to see him out. These leaders have been heading the party for the last 15 years and have been idling away their time without putting up a fight against the TRS or even the Congress. They were making compromises and gaining personally at the cost of the party.
But with Sanjay coming into the picture, things have changed. The BJP has suddenly become aggressive and has started fighting every inch of its way. Gone was the passive leadership. Sanjay himself was ready to take risks and get arrested.. Soon after his taking over, Dubbak victory happened and now the GHMC success. Now the BJP has become very strong challenger to the TRS in the 2023 elections.
This, according to sources, is not to the liking of the old timers. Not only have they not cooperated with Sanjay, but even tried to put spokes into his works. After the GHMC success, these internal opponents have fallen silent. Now they are said to have devised an ingenious way to remove Sanjay from the scene. They are now actively lobbying to make Bandi Sanjay a Central Minister. If he becomes a Central Minister, he would have to resign as the state president. The party has a 'one man one post' rule in place. That would force Sanjay to resign from the party chief's post. So, the latest is that these leaders are lobbying with the Central leaders to make Sanjay a Union Minister.
