BJP Gave Immediate Counter To Babu Comment

AP Assembly became a venue for the war of words between the alliance partners BJP-TDP again. AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu criticised the ruling BJP at the center in his speech. Responding to Chandrababu comments, BJP leaders gave strong counters. Chandrababu said that BJP can't escape from the promises made to AP.. Special Category Status to AP was promised in BJP election manifesto. Babu reminded Narendra Modi's statement that they have killed the mother who just gave birth but Modi is not talking about those things now. BJP MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju gave a strong reply to Babu.
Vishnu Kumar Raju revealed that Central Government is ready to do justice to AP in all possible ways. He said that they didn't have the scope to give special category status AP after the 14th Planning commission recommendations. He said that central government announced a special package to benefit AP instead of Special Category Status. He said that the state will get Railway Zone very soon. Vishnu Kumar Raju went on to say that as far as he knows there are no pending bills at the center related to Polavaram project.
Vishnu Kumar Raju said "Chandrababu is saying Polavaram bills are pending.. if you give those details, I will go to Delhi and make sure to release those funds. I'm the member of BJP National Council and I will try my level best to get the pending bills released."
After the assembly session, Chandrababu spoke with media and he demanded the implementation of promises made to AP in BJP manifesto. Babu said "We'll give respect if the promises are honoured.. we'll not keep quiet if you try to escape. It is not right to throw the blame on us. You go to Delhi and try for Special Status. If you try to counter-attack us we'll are not the ones who keep quiet.
