BJP MLC molests 12-Year-Old Girl on Train

BJP MLC Tunna Ji Pandey was arrested on Sunday morning for allegedly misbehaving with a 12-Year-Old passenger on train.
As per the version of Police, Tunna Ji Pandey was on board Purbanchal Express train to reach Hajiour from Durgapur. The Girl was travelling with her parents from Kolkata to Gorakhpur. When the girl was sleeping on her reserved berth number 46, Tunna Ji Pandey who was allotted berth number 43 approached her and molested. Soon, The girl woke up and raised the alarm.
Tunna Ji Pandey is the member of Bihar Legislative Council. He would be produced before the magistrate Today and likely to face judicial custody.
The BJP Lawmaker, however, denied misbehaving with the Girl. This incident has embarrassed the BJP Leadership and stringent action is expected.
