BJP MP Sujana Chowdary Gets A Big Relief After HC Permits Him To Fly To US

Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) Rajya Sabha member YS Sujana Chowdary who was prevented by the immigration officials at Delhi airport from traveling to the US got a big relief with Telangana High Court orders.
Hearing his petition, Justice Challa Kodanda Ram permitted the Rajya Sabha member to travel abroad, but with some conditions.
The Honorable Justice directed the Rajya Sabha to give an undertaking before the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that he will be back to India before the specific date.
Advocate Mathur who appeared before the Justice on the behalf of the petitioner told the Court that are no pending cases against the Rajya Sabha member and he has been cooperating with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Chowdary's Counsel added that going by the Office Memorandum rules of Union Ministry of Home Affairs, the LOC gets automatically lapsed after one year if the notices were not extended and added that the LOC was issued in 2019.
While permitting the Rajya Sabha member, the Judge made it clear that he should inform his date of return to India to CBI. Considering he is a sitting Rajya Sabha member he was permitted to fly abroad to see his ailing uncle.
Based on the lookout notices issued on his name in connection with a bank fraud case, the immigration officials prevented the Rajya Sabha member to fly to America to see his ailing uncle.
Following this, he moved the Telangana High Court and got a big relief after the judge permitted him to see his uncle back in the US.
