BJP Party to decide CM Kiran resignation!!

CM Kiran is all set to launch his new party in Seemandhra. As per the updates, Kiran is planning in a big range for the new party inauguration. Today, one crucial meeting was witnessed in CMs camp. Sources close to CM revealed that this meeting is all about the T-Bill and the new party inauguration.
If Congress gives some clarity on T-Bill, CM Kiran will surely resign to his position and will form a new party. This might be the reason for Congress to halt the T-Bill process for a while. Interestingly, CM Kiran is postponing his resignation process seeing the moves of BJP party.
As per the updates from BJP, T-Bill didnt enter the parliament. If Kiran resigns to his position at this point of time, it will be like accepting the failure before seeing the result. Hence, he may decide the resignation and new party formation seeing BJP partys moves on T-Bill. Looks like, CMs resignation is the last ball to stop T-Bill!
