The fight between the BJP and Congress became intense after the disqualification of Rahul Gandhi. Both parties are targeting each other on the alleged scams and the role played by the parties. The saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party took a few steps and wants to expose the scams of Congress.

Taking to the microblogging site Twitter, the BJP shared a video mentioning a few scams that took place in the Congress ruling from 2004 to 2014. During the period many scams happened and few of them were mentioned in the video clip the party shared.

The likes of the Coal scam, 2G Spectrum scam, MNREGA scam, Commonwealth scam, and others were mentioned in the clip. Calling 2004-14, a lost decade, the BJP wants to attack the Congress on the scams unearthed in the nation in that time frame. The ruling party said that this is just a trailer and the picture is left. The video mentions season 1 and episode one hinting that it is in plans to bring more videos.

The BJP came to power in 2014 by sending a strong message that the Gandhi family had looted the nation and this has to be stopped. As Narendra Modi has no heirs, people believed in BJP and voted for the party. Now it appears that the party wants to do the same.

The worth of the scams reported in the Congress ruling are lakhs of crores and if the BJP can send the same message to the voters this was what the Congress did in the past, then it would bank heavily on those.

It's been more than eight years since the BJP came to power. Despite the criticism that it is selling public assets and favouring business tycoons like Gautam Adani, no big scams have been unearthed in India since 2014. It is in the hands of the BJP how effectively it can bank on the criticism.
