Goa Assembly Polls 2017: BJP to form Govt?

Voters of Goa hasn't given a clear mandate to any of the Major Parties in this Assembly Elections. Out of 40 Assembly Seats, Neither ruling BJP nor Opposition were able to achieve the Magic Figure (21 Seats).
Congress emerged as the single largest party by winning 17 Seats in the 2017 Goa Assembly Polls. Whereas, Ruling Party BJP just managed to win 13 Seats. So, Independents & Small Parties in the state have become King-Makers now.
The comments of Amit Shah during Yesterday's press conference that BJP will form Government in four out of five states has only worried Congress Party. Already, Goa Forward Party (3 MLAs) and MGP (3 MLAs) have declared their support to BJP. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has been in touch with the Independents since Yesterday. Even Independents seems to be keen to join hands with BJP. If that happens, BJP Leadership would seek Governor's appointment soon to form the Government in Goa.
