BJP's Top Leaders Descend For GHMC Elections

After winning the Dubbak bypoll by defeating the TRS in a keenly contested battle, the BJP is now training its guns on the GHMC. It is according great importance to winning these polls. The party now wants to prove that Dubbak victory was not a fry in the pan.
Making its intent clear, it has appointed its all India national general secretary Bhupinder Yadav as the incharge for the polls. Interestingly, Yadav was incharge of the party's election team in Bihar, where the party had just won a convincing victory. Yadav is known as a master strategist and a great planner. He is perhaps the only all India general secretary who was retained after Nadda took over. A product of the ABVP, Yadav is known for no-nonsense ways.
In addition Karnataka health and medical minister Dr Sudhakar has been made the deputy incharge. In addition, Maharashtra's Satish Shellar, Gujarat's Pradip Singha and Karnataka's Satish Reddy. This is the first time that the BJP is doing something like this. The party has never appointed such key strategists for the GHMC elections.
