Can anti-BJP Parties Cash BJP's Criticism on Angipath Row?

In a short time, the protests against the Agnipath scheme turned into a burning issue in the country. Many states are seeing violent protests triggered by the Agnipath schemes. The other day, Telangana's Secunderabad saw tense situations with the protests, and public properties were damaged by the protestors.
The ongoing burning issue gave a big chance for the parties that are against the saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) to target it. Starting with TRS in Telangana to Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh all the like-minded parties are coming together to target the BJP.
Joining the list of parties that are slamming the BJP on the Agnipath row, the grand old Congress party came down severely on the Union government and asked how the government can do such things with the aspirants who want to join the army and serve the nation.
Congress interim President Sonia Gandhi who is undergoing treatment for her condition has issued a press release on the protests and said that the party stands in solidarity with the protestors and said that the scheme has no direction which is the main concern here.
Since 2018, things are not going in BJP's way. Various issues are bringing a lot of bad name to the saffron party. The bad name became worse with the Covid impact and the effect the pandemic had on the economy.
As the political experts are dubbing the Agnipath protest the biggest criticism the BJP is facing, the opposition parties in the BJP-ruled states and the like-minded parties now have a golden chance to take on the BJP. But the question is, can the parties do that.
