CBN's Class - Bonda Uma's U-Turn!
By: Tupaki Desk | 2 April 2017 2:47 PM GMTA high drama took place at Bonda Uma's residence on Sunday after he was denied berth in the Cabinet Expansion. The Vijayawada Central MLA created a scene by holding resignation letter in his hand. He even refused to meet Chandrababu even after receiving a call from CMO. Then, MPs Konakalla Narayana and Kesineni Nani entered the scene and took him to CM.
Reportedly, Chandrababu Naidu expressed his anguish an Bonda Uma for unnecessarily linking Kapu issue with Cabinet Expansion. He questioned how can an MLA make such irresponsible comments just because he wasn't inducted into the cabinet. At this point, CM mentioned about Bonda Uma's controversial track record which include Land Encroachment allegations & Assaulting RTA Commissioner's Gunman. He asked the Legislator to realize no case has been booked against him in the RTA Commissioner issue because of his intervention.
Chandrababu questioned Bonda Uma, 'Is it fair to aspire for Cabinet Berth despite being a first-time MLA? Kapu Community has been given good priority in the TDP Government. Discipline is utmost important. Unruly behaviour won't be tolerated'.
Post this meeting, Bonda Uma took a U-Turn. The Legislator claimed he was satisfied with the explanation given by CM.
