Boney Kapoor walks out of Okkadu remake

He planned to produce the film in Bollywood with his son Arjun Kapoor (Ishqzaade fame) as the hero. The senior producer even collaborated with Eros for this venture 'Tevar'.
To everyone's shock, Boney Kapoor walked out of the prestigious flick due to financial constraints. Now, his brother Sanjay Kapoor would be producing the flick.
Sonakshi Sinha will be starring opposite Arjun Kapoor in this remake. Debutante Amit Sharma will wield the megaphone.
