GHMC Mayor Penalized For Not Wearing Helmet

Wearing of helmets made compulsory in Hyderabad and police are not sparing anyone who ignore the rule. The Cyberabad traffic police has begun an exercise to educate two-wheeler riders on the importance of wearing helmets. Now the cops have sent penalty to Hyderabad's first citizen and mayor Bonthu Ram Mohan who violated the rule.
Mayor Bonthu Rammohan has conducted Sudden Inspection in Hyderabad Streets yesterday by riding a bike without wearing helmet. The video of Bonthu has created hulchul in social media and several netizens blamed the traffic cops who conveniently ignored the matter.
As the pressure was mounting now cops have issued an e-challan to the mayor and asked him to pay the fine. Special Commissioner of Police (Traffic) said that the policemen just did their duty.
