It will be a nail-biting contest for the protagonists of YSRC and TDP in the election that was held in Seemandhra on Wednesday.Now all are eagerly waiting to know the result and here comes the betting mafia into the board.
It's heard that hundreds of crores have been circulating for betting. Although there is a tug of war fight between the YSRCP party and the TDP in the Seemandhra, bookies choice is giving the hints that TDP will have little edge over the TDP in the polls-2014.
In general the punters said TDP would benefit if the polling percentage is above 75% and YSR Congress will enjoy the cake if the polling percentage is below the 75% mark. As per the EC announcement the polling percentage nearly went to 80 percent and many are trying their luck by investing on TDP.
The overall betting business is said to be to 400 crores with share of of `150 crore in East Godavari, `200 crore in West Godavari and `50 to 60 crore in north coastal Andhra.It is heard that heavy betting is going on in the cities such as Hyderabad, Guntur, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry etc
