Why Indrani & Peter killed Sheena Bora? CBI's Theory

CBI informed Bombay High Court that former Star India CEO Peter Mukerjea and his wife Indrani Mukerjea conspired to kill Sheena Bora (Indrani's daughter from 1st marriage) as they disapproved her love affair with Rahul Mukerjea (Peter's Son). The investigation agency objected bail for Peter Mukerjea on grounds that probe is at crucial juncture and he might tamper the case if released now. Following this development, Justice PN Deshmukh posted the next hearing to July 27th.
Peter Mukerjea was arrested on November 19th last year by the CBI for alleged involvement in Sheena Bora murder. Later, Peter moved Sessions Court for bail citing CBI hasn't mentioned anything concrete against him in its charge sheet. However, The Session Court turned down the bail plea forcing Peter to move the High Court.
CBI revealed that Peter and Indrani separated Rahul & Sheena with the help of a friend in 2009. The Agency came to this conclusion based on the email sent to Peter Mukerjea by Rahul Mukerjea on May 28th, 2012. It also obtained the email Peter Mukerjea sent to Sheena Bora on April 3rd, 2011 in which he mentioned that he expected his son to earn independently but he got into a relationship with her. Once, Peter even told to his Friend about his disapproval of relationship between Rahul and Sheena. When they failed to end the relationship after several attempts, Peter and Indrani conspired to kill Sheena Bora. Peter was in touch with all the other three accused (Indrani, her second husband Sanjeev Khanna and Driver Shyamvar Rai) on the day the murder took place and even after that.
