Bottles of fresh air from Canada are a hot sale in China

China's capital city Beijing issued an red alert for air pollution and one of the businessman came up with an idea to capitalize on the country's foulest fortnight for air pollution.A Canadian company named Vitality Air is selling bottles of fresh mountain air.
The sale of 'fresh air' bottles from Canada has sky rocketed with each bottle costing about $63 dollars ( equal to Rs 4200). The cans filled with fresh air from the Rocky Mountain town of Banff. 500 bottles already been sold in China in just four days. A crate containing 4,000 more bottles is making its way to China.
Vitality Air company co-founder Lam says he came up with the business idea after came across bag of ziplocked air on eBay, which sold for 99 cents.
The red alert issued last week in Beijing was the first of its kind and the pollution was so bad that a cloud of thick grey smog smothered the city.The capital was forced to close schools and shut down construction projects as well. The govt advised people to stay inside and not drive their cars.
