Bull Fights for Nagma in Congress

There were speculations that Nagma is going to contest in elections for Lok Sabha in 2009 but it didn't happen. Now her name is on surface again. The elections for the seat in Rajya Sabha that was emptied after the demise of ex-chief minister Vilas Rao Deshmukh will start on 12 January. There is information that some leaders from Maharashtra are taking steps to nominate Nagma to Rajya Sabha from Congress. But problems may arise in the party as other leaders also competing with Nagma for that position. Prithviraj Chauhan the current Chief minister of Maharashtra suggested the name of his friend Rohidas patil to that position. There are other leaders Naresh Pugalia from Vidharbha and the ex-minister Anees Ahmed trying hard to grab that seat in Rajya Sabha.

But there are few leaders who went to Delhi recommending Nagma's name to the high command. Even the Congress party incharge in Maharashtra Prakah also seems to be supporting Nagma. Thus Tollywood yester year heroine Nagma leads to the bull fights in Congress even in Maharastra. Nagma even got fans in politics.
