As per the latest updates, TDP Leadership assured Kurnool MP, Aluru and Dhone MLA Tickets for the family of Kotla Suryaprakash Reddy who ditched Congress recently. If that is true, What's gonna be the future of Sitting Kurnool MP Butta Renuka? It is learnt that TDP Leadership wants her to contest from Panyam Assembly Segment in the upcoming elections.
Butta Renuka seems to be miffed with the ongoing developments. If the media reports are to be believed, The Parliamentarian called CM Chandrababu Naidu to question what about the assurance given to her if Kotla gets the MP Ticket. Then, Naidu tried to pacify her saying party is yet to finalise the candidate for Kurnool Lok Sabha Segment.
It's an open fact that Butta Renuka defected to TDP from YCP with an assurance on Kurnool MP Ticket for 2019 Elections. Nara Lokesh himself appealed people to elect Butta Renuka as MP again during his Kurnool Tour. And now, The promise made to the Woman Leader wasn't honoured.
