Buzz about KCR going to national politics refuses to die
By: Tupaki Desk | 11 Feb 2021 8:10 AM GMTDespite KCR himself saying that he will remain the CM of Telangana for ten more years and added that he would 'break the legs' of anyone who wants a change of the CM, the rumour mill is refusing to go silent. The buzz is that KCR might go to national politics within three months.
But why three months? The buzz is that KCR will take the plunge after the results of the assembly elections to four states are out. Based on the results, he would take a decision. If the BJP does well in two states and improves its performance in the other two states, he would remain confined to the state politics and try to regain the lost support base. If the BJP does'nt do as per expectations, he would make KTR the chief minister and move to the national politics. Whether he would join hands with the NDA or with the Congress-led UPA or form a federal front will be decided based on the results.
If he joins hands with the Congress-led front, then, the political equations in Telangana too might change. He might even take the Congress along and fight a resurgent BJP. But, all this could happen only after the results of the assembly elections to the four states are out.
