Call Center cheating Telugu People busted in Jharkhand!

The Telangana Police Department which had cracked several key cases had now added one more feather to its illustrious cap by busting a call centre that has its roots from another state. As the racket is duping people from Telangana the Police Department did a crackdown on the racket.
The racket operates in such a way that they call the victims on the pretext of offering loans and to process the loans they ask the victims to pay some amount. After they pay the amount they change their numbers. The victims are from the two Telugu states.
The cops had decided to deal with the call center racket with an iron fist. As a swift action the Telangana cops have busted the racket based out of Jharkhand. The call center employs people who can speak Telugu fluently. After busting the racket, the cops arrested a few people.
The seeds for the call center racket were planted when the main conspirator behind the racket befriended an auto driver. During their conversation the main accused Vikram Thakur who hails from Jharkhand reportedly asked the auto driver to see if he could help him in finding people who could work for the racket.
Seeing the need, the Jharkhand man has the auto driver made a deal with him that he will provide manpower but on a commission basis. They managed to gather nine people and they were taken to Jharkhand. After undergoing training on how to lure people they have begun their operations from last year.
After receiving credible information on the racket the Telangana Police kept an eye on the racket. Like a bang the cops raided the premises and busted the racket. As many as nine people were arrested by the cops in connection with the Jharkhand-based call center racket.
The arrested people include auto drivers and students. The students were trained by the Jharkhand man with the help of SIM cards and other facilities. After the training exercise is over they were given certain targets and provided with the information. Going by the information they call the victims and cheat them.
