Can We Disqualify Legislators with 3 kids!

The growing population is a big concern for India and now we have surpassed Dragon country China in terms of population. Recently, the United Nations announced that India is the most populated country in the world. So people started discussing how we can deal with the growing population in India.
Amid this, a famous leader from Maharashtra made some crucial comments on the population menace and proposed an idea to deal with this. The leader said that we should have a rule that MPs and MLAs who have 3 kids should be disqualified as we do with local bodies.
Opposition leader in Maharashtra Ajit Pawar made the comments. The leader said that the population in India is getting bigger and bigger. To address this, we should disqualify MPs and MLAs who have three kids. We should take strict action on this, he said.
Ajit Pawar said that he placed the same demand with the MVA government in Maharashtra during the previous govt. Many people are asking us why we cannot disqualify MPs and MLAs. But I want to tell them that the power lies with the Union government and it should take the call.
If we look at the comments made by Ajit Pawar, they have some relevance. Having a population is good for some reasons. But having too much population is also not good as the resources would be drained. To stop this, we have to take some strict actions on stopping the population.
